It’s been a while! Join us for an eventful reunion with an incredible program for everyone to enjoy, starting with a warm gracious welcome and registration on Wednesday, November 24th, continuing to Sunday morning, November 28th, with much fun and entertainment.

The program includes a series of seminars with diverse spiritual, cultural, and motivational topics for all age groups; Kids, Pre-teen, and Teen Clubs with lots of entertainment and educational activities; Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk around the Washington National Mall; Art Exhibit featuring our gifted community artists; City Tours with many highlights and historical landmarks; a fun Night Out for young adults to rekindle and connect; a Professional Networking event with a moderated panel and mini workshops; Talent Show that highlights our community talents; nightly dinners and entertainment with live singers and DJ; and generous hospitality suite for morning and late-night delights.

  • The ADYA is coordinating roommate requests for those seeking to room with someone at the convention. To make this request, please fill the form by November 12th by clicking HERE.
  • Early bird registration has been extended to Thursday, September 30, 2021.
  • Bundle Packages include the following: at least 11 meals (morning hospitality, main dinner events, and late-night hospitality), nightly entertainment, kids’ activities for all ages, seminars (spiritual, educational, motivational), professional networking, among other program activities throughout the convention. A more detailed convention program will be shared soon.
  • All individual events listed in the table above are part of the bundle packages except for the Young Adults Night Out (YANO), which is scheduled for the evening of Friday, November 26, 2021.
  • Tickets for YANO would need to be purchased separately in addition to the bundle package and is only available for individuals ages 18+. Anyone under 18 will not be allowed to attend YANO due to venue restrictions. 
  • All individual event tickets for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights include dinner and evening entertainment only. Access to the hospitality suite and other day activites/events is only available for guests who purchase the full bundle package.
  • Must purchase packages prior to making hotel reservations.
  • Packages must be purchased online at the link below.
  • Children under 3 attend the convention for free (except if signed up for babysitting services).
  • To request babysitting service for Friday and/or Saturday nights, please click HERE to fill an online request form. Additional babysitting cost will be charged at a later time if service is requested.
  • Kids ages 16 and under will not be allowed in the main ballroom for Friday and Saturday evening dinner. They will have their own banquet room and agenda.
  • Registration closes a week before the convention (November 17). No packages will be sold after this date nor will they be sold onsite.
  • Membership status will be verified at time of package pick-up at the convention. Any discrepencies in payments will be settled at that time.
  • Cancellation with full refund (excluding any processing fees) will be allowed up to 40 days before event (October 15th). After that date there will be no refunds allowed unless the convention is cancelled due to COVID.
  • Full refund (excluding any processing fees) will be given if the convention is canceled due to COVID.
  • By attending and registering for this convention, everyone accepts and agrees to abide by the ADS Code of Conduct.
  • For the safety of all guests, all guests are required to either provide proof of full COVID vaccination, or a negative PCR test result done within 48 hours prior to arriving at the convention.

Hotel Information:

Hotel is sold out of the standard rooms with the $115 rate. At this point, only upgraded rooms are available at the discounted rate of $145 (1 King Bed) and $165 (2 Double Beds). Please book your rooms soon as there is limited availability before rates go up again.

If you have a hotel room you would like to cancel, please do not cancel through the hotel! Instead, please contact us at DruzeDC@gmail.com first so we can arrange a transfer to those who need a room.
